What Happens When I Order?

Inventory is automatically updated in our Store. Due to the intimate nature of Adore Adorn's products and standards, we keep a very small inventory at all times. We design with intent and don't believe in over-consumption just to eventually place our items on sale.  We also think that flexibility allows us to offer our customer new and unique designs more often.

Therefore, in most cases, Adore Adorn jewelry items may sell quickly. What is not shown in stock, can still be purchased for pre-order. This may take up to 2 weeks-- so please plan accordingly for special occasions/holidays. We work very diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we want to be transparent about our production timeline. 

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

We truly appreciate your support of our products. We will be sure to communicate our timeline accordingly.

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we, unfortunately, cannot offer returns for pre-ordered or personalized items. In some cases, we will allow exceptions. Please contact us if you have specific questions at hello@adore-adorn.com
