Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty that covers any scratches, fades, or discolorations. We will re-polish or re-finish with no questions asked. You can email help@adore-adorn.com for requests.

Yikes! We know that things happen. Jewelry is a delicate baby and we urge you to take care. We do offer repairs on broken pieces. You can email us a photo at help@adore-adorn.com. In most cases this service is free. Sometimes, it may result in a small fee. 

Shipping Policy

If it’s in stock, your piece will ship within two business days. For orders in the US, shipping normally take 3-5 business days.

Out-of-stock and custom pieces are made to order and will ship within 3-4 weeks.  Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do appreciate your willingness to wait for a carefully designed piece of jewelry. If you’re in a rush, we may be able to help. Email us at help@adore-adorn.com and we will see what we can do. 

If your order is over $200, we offer free shipping with USPS in the US. All other orders are subject to shipping fees, calculated at checkout. 

Once you place your order, you are automatically set-up to receive an update with shipping info and your tracking number. Please follow your package, as it is precious goods after all :)

All in-stock orders are subject to our Money Back Guarantee. Which means you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. (must be in original condition)

Personalized units are typically final sale, unless there was an issue on our part. Which we will fix, of course.

Materials and Care

We have tried and tested (many times) the wear of our jewelry. Between friends and family, we know that your jewelry will hold up. Still, we use precious metals with plating and delicate stones. Please read thoroughly for proper care instructions.


Silver Jewelry will naturally tarnish over time, however, silver that is regularly used generally needs less care. We find that the natural tarnish adds beauty to the pieces, but still follow these steps for best care:

Always protect your jewelry from knocks, scratches, chemicals, harsh light and extreme temperatures. We recommend removing jewelry when you shower or bathe and particularly in chlorinated water. Avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly to your jewelry.Keep away from extreme temperatures, humidity, and sunlight, and avoid wearing your jewelry when using bleach.


To protect your jewelry, pieces should be individually placed in a pouch or within a soft lined box to stop them from being scratched or tangled with other jewelry.


925 Silver (our jewelry base) is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching. If a jewelry polishing cloth doesn't get it done, we recommend a soft bristle toothbrush with a light soap. That's it. 

We use a range of high-quality materials to achieve exciting designs that you want to wear every day. 


Using a soft, lint free cloth is an effective way to keep silver, yellow and rose gold plated jewelry looking shiny and lustrous. A silver cleaner can also be used to clean sterling silver pieces.


Since many gemstones are quite delicate, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times. We advise cleaning your precious stones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing. Very porous stones such as turquoise and emeralds should be cleaned using an untreated, dry, soft cloth only. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean gemstones as they can cause scratching.

Heat-Treated Gemstones

Examples are: Mystic Topaz, Ametrine, and Doublet. Ultrasonic cleaners and steamers are not recommended. Stick to a mild cleanser and a soft cloth. No toothbrush here. 

Wood Materials 

The best way to clean the wood is to occasionally wash with a mild soap in lukewarm water.

We use 925 Sterling Silver, which does not contain any Nickel. This is the most common allergen. We do not have nickel in any of our jewelry.

The Lilly rings are our most common personalization, and we offer that right through the site. We also personalize the Gloria rings quite often. You can email us for specific inquiries at help@adore-adorn.com

We make these items to order, and it will be added to our production queue within 3 days of your order. Our production process is 4 weeks long. This is due to the handmade nature of our designs. 

Not to worry, we have an automatic system set up to keep you in the loop. You will receive one email that it is in production, and then later in the process you will receive an update, and finally in the end, you will receive a shipping update. We will email you directly if anything important arises.

Ring Sizer Guide

Of course. We have a chain length designated to each design based on how we think it should fall, but we understand different preferences. We have a 3" extender chain on most of our pieces. If this isn't enough, please write a "Note" in the order form with special requests. We will honor, within reason.
